I ordered my dress for an event 2 weeks prior and I got my dress 3.5 weeks later. The customer service phone lines aren’t active and the email provided on the site and on IG aren’t either. The emails bounced back immediately after several attempts. There was no way to check on the order because all customer service don’t work. Clothing is nice but I wouldn’t order again sadly.
