Very pretty

This outfit is amazing! It is simply beautiful! Very unique, but I can't do anything with it. It is not tall girl friendly at all. They don't accept returns, so I'm stuck with something I have no use for. If you're short, 5'5 and under it will be perfect. Otherwise it's a no for me.
