Where is my order?
We thank you for your order. Once an order is placed you will receive an order confirmation email, please make sure your email address is entered correctly at checkout. Once your order is shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 business hours not including weekends to track your order through the courier's online system at www.usps.com or www.ups.com. Also, please be sure to contact your local post office for delivery if your package is held at your post office for a signature or if you need to schedule a redelivery.
Do you ship outside of the USA?
Yes, we do! We ship world wide. If you can receive mail there, we can ship there. Happy shopping!
The product I want to purchase is out of stock....What should I do?
If a product is out of stock, please contact us at hello@goldxteal.com for restocking options, or pre order options that may be available. We try our best to keep our best sellers in stock. Also, please subscribe to our email and or text list and follow us on INSTAGRAM @goldxteal, to stay in the know on restocked and new arrival items.
What does "pre-order only" mean?
"Pre-order only" means that items are produced only after customers place their orders. This approach helps combat the waste associated with fashion and fast fashion. This also means that GOLDxTEAL produces only what has been ordered. If a customer does not pre-order an item, it simply won’t be made. This significantly reduces unsold inventory and waste and helps ensure that GOLDxTEAL produces items only based on actual demand, INCLUDING THOSE MARKED WITH A CLEAR SHIPPING TIMELINE. At the heart of this model is our belief that we all should do our part in helping to avoid unnecessary waste on the planet, no matter how big or small the role we play. This fosters a more sustainable and conscious approach to fashion.
What does "pre-order with an estimated ship date mean?
Pre-order with an estimated ship date, means that the item is produced based on actual customer orders. If an item has a, "pre order only", "pre order with an estimated ship date" or "ships within/in" notification in the description, we are only shipping what has been pre-ordered, so if an item isn’t ordered, it won’t be made. This helps GOLDxTEAL produce to meet demand along with combating waste associated with fashion and fast fashion. At the core of this model is our belief that everyone can contribute to minimizing unnecessary waste on the planet, regardless of how big or small that role may be. This commitment promotes a more sustainable and conscious way to enjoy fashion.
An item I want to purchase is on pre order, should I wait until the noted ship date to place my order?
We encourage you to place your order as soon as possible for pre-order items to secure them within the estimated shipping timeframe. Since orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis, there’s a chance that pre-order items could sell out before the ship date. If that happens and the item is restocked (which isn’t guaranteed), you’ll receive a later pre-order date and may have to wait longer for delivery.
Can I cancel or edit my order?
Once an order is submitted, we do not cancel, edit or refund orders. No exceptions. Please carefully check your order prior to checking out. If you have any questions about an item, please don't hesitate to email us directly at hello@goldxteal.com, we are more than happy to help you.
Can I cancel my pre order item, estimated ship date order or custom order?
All orders are final. We do not cancel orders including pre-orders, edit or refund orders once placed. No exceptions.
Can I exchange an item?
No, at this time we do not offer exchanges. You may return your item for a store credit according to our return policy. You may use your store credit to purchase the same item in a different size or color or another item(s).
Can I have a refund?
We offer store credit only. No exceptions.
Can I return a sale item?
All Sale Items are Final Sale.
Can you send me a return label?
At this time we do not offer return labels. Our returns are less shipping cost.
Can you tell me why my order was cancelled and refunded?
We apologize for any inconvenience. In the rare case this happens, it's very possible that an item sold out quickly and is now out of stock or payment information is non verifiable. In either instance you will receive an email.
I placed an order but now need to change my shipping address. Can you change my address on my order?
No. We are unable to change an address for security reasons. Please ensure you enter your correct shipping address at checkout.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes, GOLDxTEAL offers expedited shipping at checkout. Please note that the regular processing time for your order remains the same. Expedited shipping only affects the transit time once the order has shipped.
I have received a faulty item, what do I need to do?
We apologize if you received a faulty item, as each item is checked before shipment. In this rare case, please contact us immediately, within the same day of your delivery. Please forward pictures of your damaged item along with your order number, by email immediately at, hello@goldxteal.com.
I received a discount code and forgot to use it at checkout, can you apply it to my order?
We are unable to apply a discount to an order already placed. If you received a discount code and did not use it on your order at checkout, you may use it on your next order if the discount is still valid.
When will I receive my store credit?
It can take 3-7 business days to process a return. You will receive your store credit information by email.
What forms of payment do you accept?
GOLDxTEAL.com currently accepts, MasterCard, Discover, Visa, American Express, Apple Pay, AmazonPay, ShopPay, AfterPay Installments and ShopPay Installments.
How do I handle a lost or stolen package?
GOLDxTEAL, GOLDxTEAL.com is NOT responsible for damaged, lost or stolen packages. You would need to contact USPS/UPS directly with your tracking information. If USPS/UPS has confirmed your package as damaged, lost or stolen due to their error, please initiate a claim with USPS/UPS.
